Denplan Excel certification programme is an additional mark of quality available to member dentists and is tailored to support and encourage practices to reach their full potential as providers of excellent customer care. It demonstrates a practice’s continued commitment to quality improvement. Practices also pledge to use the most appropriate procedures and dental knowledge to ensure patients are receiving the highest standards of care from start to finish and encourage patients to be involved in any decision-making stages. 

iComply guides practices to review compliance for all the important standards including health and safety, infection prevention and control, employment law, COSHH, X-ray safety, team contracts, waste, staff and patient satisfaction, patient complaints, prescribing and drug management, medical emergencies, equipment, asbestos, legionella management and manual handling.

CPD is monitored and managed by the practice as a whole, for clinicians and nursing staff. This level of supervision ensures all concerned are satisfying their need to continuously update their knowledge and skills base.
